About Me

Hey there! I’m the photographer behind CP Rusted Spur Photography, and I’ve had a passion for the Western way of life for as long as I can remember.

I’ve been showing horses since 2020, and my love for the show pen and the bond between horse and rider is what led me to pick up a camera. Long before that, I started showing sheep at age 9, so livestock, grit, and hard work have always been part of my world.

Photography gives me a way to freeze those real, raw moments — the ones that happen between the ribbons and rides. My goal is to capture the spirit, the dust, and the heart of every show and story.
